Information you choose to share
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. You can also provide a phone number or select an area of interest. The website records the submission time, your consent and a reference number so your enquiry can be identified and managed.
Why we use it
Your enquiry helps us understand your request and respond using the details you provide. Authorised administrators can review and manage enquiries in our private workspace. If email notifications are enabled, an enquiry notification is also sent through the configured email provider.
Cookies and browser preferences
Your colour theme preference is stored in your browser so the website can remember light or dark mode. An essential session cookie is used when an administrator signs in. The application does not include advertising trackers by default.
Storage, access and security
Enquiries are stored in the website database and access is restricted to authorised administrators. Security controls use a protected representation of connection information to limit repeated login attempts and unwanted submissions. The IPS team manages retention, backups and requests relating to stored enquiries.

Project websites, social profiles and other external links may lead to independently operated websites. Those websites have their own content and privacy practices. Please read their notices before sharing personal information with them.
Your questions and choices
You can contact the IPS team to ask about an enquiry you submitted, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Include your enquiry reference if you have one, and describe what you would like us to review. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial message.
